Definitions

In these Terms of Service, “the Site” means the bethelwest.com website and any subdomains or successor URLs we operate. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the publisher who controls the Site. “You” means any person who accesses or uses the Site. “Operators” means third-party gambling businesses that hold valid licences issued by the UK Gambling Commission or other competent regulators and whose products we describe or link to. “Content” means text, graphics, comparisons, summaries, outbound links, and any other materials published on the Site from time to time.

Indemnity
